We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and within the New Testament is found the instructions for salvation (2 Timothy 3:16). We sing a Capella using only our voices to worship God (Ephesian 5:19; Colossians 3:16). Our giving is on the first day of the week (1 Corithians 16:1-2) and we do not take up offering on other days. We believe that salvation is in Christ and our mission is to preach and teach the word of God (Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15-16) and bring others to Christ. We believe that baptism is for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38) and it washes away our sins (Acts 22:16; Revelation 1:5). We believe the church is the body of Christ (Ephesians 1:22-23) and that Christ is the head of the church (Colossians 1:18). We believe that one cannot join the church but is added by the Lord when one obeys the gospel (Acts 2:47).
